Challenges to solve

  • America's talent shortage is growing and could reach crisis levels within the next 10 years.
  • Four years after graduation, 40% of college graduates are not in a job that requires a college degree.
  • Regional leaders across the U.S. are working to solve these problems, but often disconnected from others doing similar work.

Our why

  • Business has a civic responsibility, and opportunity, to improve the local communities where their employees live and work.
  • Business must be a key partner in any solution that will scale.
  • Business can be a force for good when engaged in solving difficult challenges, both locally and nationally.
